This will be a brief but important meeting to go over the fall calendar. If you can’t attend, please contact Pastor Justin.

Please Note: This is the first year we are asking parents of teens to register. By doing it at the beginning of the year, it saves Pastor Justin from some individual permission slips for events/activities throughout the year.
 

To help us get a head start on the registration process, please print out the form below & fill out the necessary information. It is important that we have a parent/legal guardian’s signature on this form.

Please return your completed form either to the church office, or bring it will you to the parent meeting. Extra registration forms will be available at the meeting.
